The Goffstown Police Department manages adult and juvenile court cases and other legal matters through the Legal Bureau. Heading the Legal Bureau is the Department's prosecuting attorney, Kerry P. Steckowych, Esquire.

The Legal Bureau Clerk is Lisa Sturgill. Any questions relative to discovery or court-related matters should be directed to the Legal Bureau at 497-3624.

SUBPEONA TO COURT
Witnesses that have received subpoenas to appear at court should contact either Attorney Steckowych the week before court. Witnesses should call in order to determine whether the case is still proceeding to trial.
