The Goffstown Police Department is searching for school crossing guards. A school crossing guard occasionally stops traffic to assist children crossing the street in a crosswalk. The hours of service follow the school schedule, which requires a school crossing guard to be available 7:40 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. to 3:40 p.m.,

Monday through Friday.

The starting hourly wage is $8.99. The Goffstown Police Department provides

a traffic vest, portable sign and training. This position is important for the
